  • Is this tour kid friendly?

    Yes! this is one of the most kid friendly tour we offer!

    Can I bring my dog?

    If possible, it is best to leave furry friends at home. If that is not an option, we will always do our best to accommodate, but most restaurants will not allow pets, so you may have to wait outside. For this tour this might mean 1 or 2 stops. Service animals are allowed in accordance to the law.

    How much walking is involved in the tour?

    Less than one mile on mostly flat ground split over 2 hours. Elevators are available wherever there are stairs.

  • I only like (Dark/Milk/White) Chocolate. Can I request only these types of tastings?

    We offer a wide range of chocolate so everyone gets their favorite and gets to try something new. While we always try to help guests explore outside their culinary comfort zone, we want to strive to make everyone comfortable. If you let us know ahead of time about any preferences, we will work to satisfy that request.

    Someone in my group does not like chocolate. Will there be anything for them to enjoy?

    If someone would like to come along on the tour, but will not be eating, they are not required to have a ticket. If they would like to eat, but not chocolate, we can accommodate them, but please let us know about any preferences at least one hour before tour start time.

  • What size are the groups normally?

    The size of the group ranges from 1-12 people. There is no minimum number of guests to run this tour. The average group size is about 6 on weekdays and about 10 on weekends. For private bookings, there is no cap on group size.

    How are stops selected for the tour?

    In order of importance, we consider the following: quality, uniqueness, ingredients, good ownership, thematic match, and walking distance. Tour guides are primarily responsible for rating all of these factors and choosing itinerary. Tours can change from day-to-day.

    What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule my booking?

    Any changes to your booking are fully accommodated with 24 hours notice, meaning you are entitled to a full refund or the ability to reschedule without penalty. If you are looking to make changes within the 24 hour period, please contact us. Much of the time we are placing food orders for the tour the day before, so we can not guarantee a refund.
